The Return Number is used to correctly track your return package. It is important to include the Return Number in your package so that your return can be processed correctly.

How do I return a product? 

If you are not completely delighted, simply call Customer Service at (877) 545-8496 within 60 days of receipt of your product to receive a Return Number and to return your shipment as  instructed to refund the product purchase price (less shipping and processing) even if the bottles and jars are empty. Customers are responsible for return postage.
 

All purchases returned after the 60 day return policy will receive a store credit good for 12 months from the date of return. A $1 processing fee will apply to future orders placed using store credit. We will not process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender.” Refunds will always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.
 

How long will it take to process a return?

From the time our warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 10 business days to process your refund. Please keep in mind that your bank will post our credit in the billing cycle in which it was received; hence the number of days it takes for the credit to post to your account can slightly vary depending on how quickly your bank recognizes and posts our refund. Your credit card will be refunded by Miracle Skin Transformer.
